i think increase in icp.....due to repurfusion injury ....so need to give some vasopressor...........nimodipine is given in subaracniod hemorrage ....ct show no bleed...

1st Take care of emergent situations
--> 1st BP
--> 2nd Bradycardia

No Blood on CT so no Rebleed
