what do you mean by not getting this? I agree with most of your management.
I would monitor pt with EKG and abg, echo in the icu again. Just to be sure. Do c-spine immobilization, cxr, axr, spine xray, pelvic xray if indicated. it all depends on the case by case base.
cefotriaxone is probably not needed unless clinically indicated.
