The server must be down or soemthing try again later, I couldnt connect either.
dbw22 did an awesome job of putting everything into pdf format on that. Unfortunately my connection is not good enough to upload or download anythyin at present.

This is another link. To download from megaupload you might need to install teh toolbar, once you've done that, there should be no problem. HOpefully the links are still alive, and if you do manage to download them, then please upload them on another site and repost the link.
