BMP has blood sugar level so no need to do separately

CTS is a clinical diagnosis. wrist x ray is not necessary.
You can go ahead treat by splint first and then methypredinisolone.
Nerve conduction studies are not being done on patients with no response to treatment and for those with uncertainty diagnosis.

Xr is recommended to exclude other possible reasons for the patient symptoms.

ketty's is more likely to have higher points, work up with underlying course (like zafirlukast said) is important. read the story careful is worthy for this case
