Qx about physical exam - willucky
#1
Hi, when we are doing physical exam, do we need to explain what we are doing to patient? And what we find? i.e. when we percuss, do we need to say, I am tapping on your chest to see if there is fluid,?, in your chest? After percussion, do we need to say, it is normal, or your lungs are normal.
thanks
