date of graduation and completion - gmh

Hi ppl, i was wondering if someone can help me. I was required to complete one year of internship prior to awarding my degree. Though my qualifying exams were in Dec 1997, I completed my internship in Jan 1999 and my degree was awarded at a convocation held on April 1999.

does this mean when I fill out the illinois forms, my date of completion of program is January 1999 and the date of graduation is april 1999 and i need to get a letter from the Medical school regarding the same?
ANy help would be appreciated

i guess, it would be better if u can mention ur completion of program date as jan 99...because u would not have been awarded the degree wothout completion of internship...so i would have filled my date as jan 99....and date of graduation is April 99...
