PDA is flow of blood from aorta to Lt plmonary artery,so
33 may be correct

yes multivit in case of PDA there is a flow of blood from Aorta to pulmonary artery....So...increase LVSV, for D as Cooldude explained its due to increase pulomnary pressure...Wink

for PDA it is the same situation as increase preload....due to the shunt...
