How do you manage an angry patient? How should you if you can not make him calm and he contineus to be angry?

Tell him like this"Mr/Mrs ....... I am hear to help you.I know you are in pain/disturb due to this.I am extremely sorry about that.If you like to share your concers with me,I will try to help you in my level best"
SP's are actors If you tackle them in a above way most of the time they will calm down.
If not that is the nature of that case calm down and do as much as you can,because every one has to face the same sinario during exam.
