hi..I got my Cali letter recently,I also got the same thing from them,saying deficient..but thats cos i had in my transcripts one month in psych and skin and 2 weeks in psych in internship.they wanted to make sure that the one month was defin 2 weeks of psych and not any less,so i had to get a letter from my college saying that i did indeed have 2 wks and 2 wks of psych with what dates..after i submitted that,i got the letter within 3 weeks or so.hope this helps..call them,they will let u know correctly!!
