26 y/o Women presents w/ 1 wk Hx of Dysuria & Increased frequency. She admits to having multiple sexual partners in the past. Temp 37.1 (98.9), BP 110/70,
P 68, RR 15. Exam shows suprapubic tenderness. Mucopurulent discharge is observed at the Urethral Os.

UA reveals:
- Blood “ Negative
- Glucose “ Neg.
- Ketones “ Neg.
- Leokocyte Esterase +
- Nitrates “
- WBC 40-50 hpf
- RBC 1-2 hpf
- Bacteria “ Absent

Urine Culture after 24 hrs reveals < 100 colonies/mL

This is Chlamydia Urethritis

Clue: Positive Leukocyte Esterase, with a negative Nitrite test (presence of PMNs with no bacteria).
