Hi,
I need some urgent suggestions. I am applying next week for my visa (H1B) with an Approval Notice (form I-797) that has my name misspelled.
My attorney and the Hospital has contacted the USCIS to request a new Approval notice corrected. However, I will have the new one AFTER my interview at the US consulate. On top of that, there are no interview dates available until the end of July!
Anyone with a similar experience? Would the consulate officer accept my Approval Notice with a typo ?
Please, what else should I do?
Thanks!!!
