well i got an observership and it will be difficult for me to take step three now so what do you guys suggest finish the observership and take the step later like late in august ...will it be better to take step three in between everything with the risk of failing....
is the step three pass more imp than step three scheduled when you apply....is it enough to have it passed when i go for interviews....scores are in 80s for step one and two....

Step 3 is only important in H1 visa. A lot of people matched without step 3. At least in my program, more than half of us haven't taken the exams yet.
