hi dear, r u done with patho uw.coz i am still doin.today gona do liver n GB.and i did derma uw .so i think uw used the terms acanthosis and acantholysis more vaguely but actually i think i wil stil keep those terms for specific diseaes as we discused yesterday rather adding one that Urtcaria due to drug allergy is "dermal edema" althoug in more severe forms there can b acantholysis.

thanks drkh, i was not doing pathology topic wise, i was doing random pathology, but i came across, 5/6 dermatoloy questions in 2 blocks. I am giving pathology a break, trying to do some pharma. u are right, have to remember the important ones.
