in poly cystic ovaries thers hirsutism tho

E & P has no effect on hair .In Pco there is anovulation this accumulates E which is converted in zona gromuluosa by aromatase to Andogen ( Testosterone) -----Hirsuitism

ocps causes acne, hirsutisim, ...

they decrease the risk of endometrial and ovarian ca, osteoporosis....

i dont think ocps a used in RA

I don't know much about OCPS, but as i know OCPS not the main cause of Hair loss...
