A 15 y/o boy is brought in by his mother to the family physician. The boy has experienced bouts of abdominal pain along with diarrhea for the last several weeks. He has begun losing weight as he does not eat. His uncle has a siilar condition for which dietary modification has helped significantly. The doctor suspects celiac disease, and in addistion to suggesting a modified diet, sends away lab tests for antibodies. Given the findings, whicho f the following is likely in this patient
