lupus with pregnancy ..............which one is wrong .
. fertility rate is same
. spontenious abortion is common
. antiphospholipid is + ve
. treat with low molecular heparin
. screen test is anti rho antibodies .
. all of the avobe is correct
. all of the above is correct except for treatment is low dose of heparin is incorrect

This statement is incorrect...we use LMWH for lupus in pregnancy

screening test remains ANA, not anti Ro (these are associated with congenital heart block in the fetus)

Yup agree with vl2ss,
We do treat with the low dose of heparin.At least in practice !!!
But not sure about the antiphospho lipid ab +!!!!
Lets know the anwer if u know! antibody!!!

agree with dr. no screening remains ANA may also do anti ro as assoc with CHB

all are correct regarding to lupus and pregnancy .............except last statement ...........
ANA and anti ro both are reliable to screen during the prennacy ........
