Removing a kidney is like decreasing one resistance of a system with many resistors arranged in parallel. This will cause the net resistance to increase. So...

CO-- Decreases
TPR-- Increases
RBF-- Decreases
Arterial BP-- Increases

Only guessing, whats the right answer?

good try all of u.explanation of lucid is perfect but pinky is correct in answering.
so CO=decrease
TPR=increase
Total renal bld flow=decrease
arterialBP=no change
but why with increase TPR is not increasing arterial BP?

yeah i was reading up some studies too. most say that BP in post nephrectomy patients is more or less near normal levels. Ok with the exam just around the corner i think i'll remember it as it is!

Cheers!
