Based on these we can exclude A, B, C, F, H previously healthy + sudden onset of severe shortness of breath Sounds like Pulm embolism S4 and a right parasternal heave = overworked right heart + Ph 7.5 PCo2 16mmhg PC2 64mmhg That™s have got to be Pulm embolism Found this somwehere els, n completely agree
