HEllo ALL,
Please suggest what effect can an annotated transcript for Irregular behavior during CS have on residency calls?? Do programs at all take it into consideration?? or does it have some effect to it??or it completely ruins the chances of getting into the residency.... provided the person has excellent credentials otherwise

PS: the annotation may be: abt making notes elsewhere than on the scratch sheets provided for CS..
I'm just paranoid about the possibility of this hence your inputs would be greatly appreciated..
moreover if someone can some info from the residency coordinators / directors on this will certainly be most useful
