But i am not able to open it the way it is told . There is no pop up for Active X !!!!!!
Is there any other way or a solution to it .

what happens when you click on the 2 things listed in the txt file?

does an internet explorer page open (but stays blank)? or does nothing happen at all?

I got it .
The point is you have to cut the the folder containing all the files from the ZIP folder to somewhere new on Hard Disk . Doing so changed the shape of icons and they worked . I think it need some sort of flash player as well . I had it already installed so things worked fine for me .
If it is not working try to do steps which i mentioned . I think it will help .
