ERAS deadline - neonate

Hi..At Eras they say please send your documents by 1August in order to be scanned before sept 1st..But when i checked Eras web site today they says"we are scanning documents on the same day they are received"..Can,t understand that..does it means after 1 week time to scan documents will change from a single day to 4 weeks...

Definitely not. But they're anticipating the large number of documents to be scanned around august. So in order to be assured of having your documents ready on September 1st, they want us to mail them by August 1st.
