Is it ok to send documents to ecfmg even without certifying your CAF. i have not started yet with my CAF but i do have my aamc Id. what u think guys?

Yes you need to send in your documents by August 1st see this link http://ecfmg.org/eras/new.html . You have until Sept. 1st to finish CAF if you want your application ready on first day
