what to do if a pt requiring emergency fliud resuscitation refuses ?
what if a patient requiring drug treatment for a disease which might progress refuses it? kindly answer...........

respect pt's wishes in both cases after explaining the risks of their refusal

If the patient is an adult ...and his disease does not affect others (that is ,its not infectious )...then the patient has the right to refuse treatment .

only exception wud be ....if ptt is severely depressed or impaired mental capacity
