cpd has to do with the BABY - the babys head or body ...too big to fit through maternal pelvis
in Midpelvic contraction...the PELVIS CAVITY is narrow itself...which is the reason why the head canot pass thru ...both r an indication for C section

if prominent ischial spines given in the Q or ANS,pick up midpelvic contraction..
