2000-2006 plastic surgery residency in home
country
will take step 3 in november 2007
i want to do fellowship in plastic surgery
if it is not possible i want to do a residency
in usa again
what r my chances

surely u can get in IM/peds/FM/psych.. not sure about plastic surgery, highly competitive even for AMGs. maybe u can try gen surgery instead.. gudluck!

try to apply for plastic surgery if thats really what u want, but apply in other specialties too as back up.
