hello,
I have a question regarding the PTAL, i have only 2 weeks of psychiatry rotation during med school and one week done as internship and we did not have any neurology rotation as such so as to add up to 4 weeks...so should i even try for PTAL or is it a waste...thanks in advance.

If nots 4 weeks they are not going to grant you. I mean my friend had similar situation and he also had 2 weeks extra done at college after the internship but since they were after he got the degree they did not consider it saying anything post graduation is not counted.
So for this year i guess it is late enough if you do not h ave completed psychi rotation. And one more thing people here count hours and not weeks. I mean we have 6 days a week and people here have 5 days a weeks. SO if you have how many hours you did in psychi then you can look up again . otherwise i guess its not possible if you do not do any rotations in psychi here.

You can get PTAL with 2 weeks psych if you have 2 weeks neurology.
