Thanks medicine, I have another problem. I have not got a deans letter yet. I have sent a friend to go to my college office and if everything goes on Ok I expect to bet it by the end of this week. So If I apply to programs to day how will I designate and assign it later. Does that mean that I should wait until atleast next week?(presuming that I will get the letter next week) Thank you very much in advance

Don't wait for anything. Just assign all the documents and apply. The documents will be attacted once received. The programs will not review application for at least one or two weeks, so everything will be ok. But you need to apply now so eRAS will work on all the documents they already have.
