How do i know if eras has recieved my documents - docshells

I sent my documents to eras over a week ago and i have checked on the courier tracking service that they got to market street phili i but there is still no information about my documents from eras how do i check if they have recieved my documents

go to oasis account..............click that eras support services..........scroll down towards the middle of page there is "View ERAS® Document Receipt Information".
