why is potassium level high in SIADH ?

why is blood pressure high in SIADH? as we know that sodium level in plasma is low...then why BP is high? is it because of increased ECF? OR WHAT?

blood pressure cant be high beacuse of increase in ECF beacuse in polydipsia there is also increase in ECF but still there is no change in blood pressure...

then why is it that blood pressure is high? in SIADH ?

This are not only-sodium situations. Sodium is a signal but htere are other signals as well. Remember ICF/ECF distributions this also plays a role. If you have increased ECF overall due to SIADH you are moving more volume per minute and per the CO formula your BP will go up. Try to read from a basic physiology book all the questions that you have posted, as Keshala said are basic and you need to find them yourself rather than having all of us going through the basics

yes it is mentioned that either there is an increase in blood pressure or there is no change in blood pressure in case of SIADH.
thank you.
