it`s malacoplakia...histiocytes show michelis gutmann bodies filled with spheroids of calcium phosphate

I've not heard Goljan lectures..and I've never heard of malacoplakia either!is my 5 year med school course a waste?
lol!! but do they ask stuff like this?why don't they just stick to normal stuff in undergrad books? ![]()
