leukoplakia is white lesions on mucosa, erythroplakia is reddish lesion on mucosa then what are yellow brown lesions which show numerous histiocytes in them called?

it`s malacoplakia...histiocytes show michelis gutmann bodies filled with spheroids of calcium phosphate

I've not heard Goljan lectures..and I've never heard of malacoplakia either!is my 5 year med school course a waste?

but do they ask stuff like this?why don't they just stick to normal stuff in undergrad books? Sad
