Before a clon surgery, what antibiotic should give?
Neomycin??

neomycin 1 g and erythro 1g (oral route is preferred) if Contraindicated ( cefotetan/ cefoxitin/or cefmetazole) 2gr I/V ...for high risK Sx eg rectal resection ( I/V Cephalosporin+ Erythro+ Neomycin)
