I am applying for some specialities. Is it better to send the application first and then send the PS etc. because I don't have them ready, particularly because I need many different ones.

It depends on the program. If a program will review an incomplete application then the main things they'll need are your CAF and your scores. From what I hear most won't look at your PS until they've given u an IV. US Lors are also important because they are proof of your USCE which is a requirement in some programs. But some programs only review complete applications so you have to consider that. Generally speaking I don't think your too late though.
