anybody know best hospital for paid hand-on clerkships. If I donot get this year match I am going to do that for a year.

No I have ECFMG certifed. Is there a residency where I could pay to and do hand on rotations?

the UMDNJ hosp in NJ offer rotations for 4 week and it think it about 3000.00 dollars and they also give you an LOR

why dont you try transitional year, its like doing internship again and you will paid for it too. but on the flip side it is difficult to get into .but not impossible.
here you are rotated in all the major departmenst, icu, ccu and electives.

try gmcgroup dot org. i think their maximum is just 9mo though for $14,000 at xavier university in Massachusetts. looking at their website it looks legit though really expensive. goodluck!
