Honeycombing in CXR - mdmph

Look the concept is that honeycombing is an end stage appearence on HRCT that is seen as a result of any ILD or for that matter any cause fo pulmonary fibrosis. Causes are IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis), Radiation fibrosis, Drugs, Conective tissue disorders (SLE, RA, SSc), LAM, Tuberous sclerosis, LCH, Pneumoconi
We dont attrribute it to localized diseses like cancer and TB even though TB can cause fibrosis !
