I need your help to pass step3. I did residency 2yrs. Because of step3, I can not continue. I took Kaplan two times. I studied three months at Kapaln center. When I was taking the test I felt that my answers were correct. But I failed.I did not understand what's wrong. I feel that I am not understanding the question, I mean what they wants. How to slove this problem. One of my friend told me that I did not read Swanson. That's why I did not pass. Is it true?. Help me.

yes ,i agree with you, itlooks like an easy exam , but the results are really bad, it is all luck too, believe me most of my residents dont know mush but pass it on first go. stupid way
of testing knowledge.

My prescription

Kaplan QBANK+ NMS Step3+ Swanson + whatever you used for your Step 2 (review it carefully). Also, depends on what your specialty is. I used many Board review books, Q &A for Internal Medicine. They are hard to read, but you feel more comfortable during your actual exam if you managed to read them.
