Are you asking about hypoglicemic drugs?
ECA and HCTZ are used in diabetic patient if....BP is more than 130/80 or pt start with st. of diabetic nephropaty alb/crea more than 30

I know for DM + Renal Failure....you can use Insulin and glitazone
*def. avoid Metformin....get lactic acidosis *wasnt sure if could use Tolbutamide in DM + Renal failure pt.??? |
