yes there is such an approach to residency.i kno w this for a fact because my husband who is a fellow told me that it can be done

yes this phenomenon does exist, your duty hours, salary divivded, and the duration of residency increased.

I was suggesting that because some IMG who are over 75 years of age can not work long residency hours. If two or more persons aged 75+ share one position they could do it better
