2.Rest and immobilization if needed.
3.may be septic arthritis as needle prick and flexon causing pain.
4. c section
5.renal artery stenosis---fibromuscular dysplasia may be the cause in this young patients.
6.there are several cause of periosteal elevation , question is not clear, can be osteomylitis ,osteosarcome, lukemia, rickets.
