1. - Pt with depression and starts hearing voices for ONE week -> MDD, schizoaffective, schizophrenia, bipolar.

i do not think major depresive disorder unless if we have the choice of major depresive disorder with pshycotic
Do no t think is bipolar because DIGFAST Can be schizoaffective because has both mood disorder ( depression) and psychotic symptoms...but for the diagnostic we need more than 2 weeks. I could said schizophreniform ofr brief psicotic

MDD ...atleat 2 weeks BIPOLAR ....1 WEEK BUT WHY ..HEARING VIOCES ...AUDITORY HALLUCINATION SCHIZOAFFECTIVE SEEMS TO BE CORRCT ...

schizoaffective -- must have > 2 weeks of Pschyotic Sx's in the anbsence of Mood Sx's
This could be MDD w/ Pshcyotic Features...
