Although you apply to individual states, FSMB caries out the processing as long as you do not apply to a state that requires you to apply for registration at the same time. Try Connecticut.

Honestly I dont think that's true, I applied through another state and got the orange receipt within a week. So Conneticut is not necessarily the fastest.
