when should i do these? im already confused. should i do both annually? thanks again!

According to the new rules..Pap smear is started at the age of 21 or 3 years after the first sexual intercourse. then if 3 annual pap smears are normal then the pt can undergo pap smear every 3 years.I am not sure about this 3 yr or 5 yr interval.lemme know if I am wrong
