hey guys does anyone know about the test they give you on the interview? is it about surgery? didn't we take THE USMLE ALREADY??? DAMN!

hey,
i called them n they said its an mcq type test with 50 mcq, to be completed in one hour..it really doesnt count ( only 3%) towards their decision to take u or not, but it does test ur basic surgical knowledge..wen is ur iv scheduled?

well thats bronx for u ...but i heard its a good hospital and u get lot many cases which u wont really find in the rest of us..owing to the crime rate in bronx..so lots a experience u get there..

yeah..i hope we last through those years..but arn't u wishing tht u get a chance to go thru that hell called surgery residency..

i was mentioning about residency. heard bronx is very to difficult to live in.

can some one explain they have 12 pgy1 positions 5 pgy2 positions and rest of the years 3 positions.what does that mean only 3 categorical seats?
