Any cuban doctor applying for residency this year? - havanaangela

I read all these horror stories about imgs having all these problems getting residency. I am Permanent Resident(last month after 2 year wait). Do cubans have the same problem with getting acepted into a residency as all these other contries? What is my shot with decent scores at getting residency? Pediatrics is my first choice. I am 35 and graduated in 1996...
