Kap notes once completely and second time certain sections.UW once.
I recommend NBME online to evaluate ur self and USMLE CD.

Read the questions fast and make ur choice in the first time and dont keep too many questions for review in the end.Just mark the ones u have a doubt.then in the end come back to the marked ones but attempt all in the first reading becoz if u fall short of time atleast u have attempted all of them.
