Hello,
What would you guys do if you had to chose between doing IM residency at a univ. program (e.g. Univ. of Minnesota, Univ. of Michigan etc.) on a J1 visa or to do IM residency at a community hospital or not very reputated univ. clinic on a H1b?
Would it be hard to get a fellowship on H1b after residency on H1b?
Is it sure that you can get a waiver after 6 years of training on a J1?
