i think its ccc..

as GI distress is caused by peripheral action of dapamine on D1 receptors. and this could be decreased with carbidopa

Look: the nausea,anorexia and vomiting is the central effect of DA on the CTZ.
So I will choose D.
There will be excess stimulation of ACH receptors that overcomes the action of DA physiologically not pharmacologically.
Please post the answer isy2007.
