what I have to choose if I have low scores ,to improve my CV:
preclinical research where I can gain enough money or a medical assistant job, where the money are insignificant.
Please,help me with your opinion.

US clinical experience is more important than research for most of the programs, however medical aasistant job is not considered as a real USCE by many of the programs, real USCE includes internship (if you have GC, you may check this site: eee.ehs.org), externship or observationship. but between preclinical research & medical assistant job, research is better than medical assistant job, in my opinion.
