If you have a patient with invasive breast cancer, with positive lymph nodes and positive hormone receptors, do you use chemotherapy (i.e methotrexate, cyclophosphamide, flouracil) plus tamoxifen?? Do you use only tamoxifen?? or only chemotherapy??

use chemotherapy pre-operative(if the cancer is operable)
use hormonal therapy post operative
