i juz posted a message didnt got a reply from u about it.
well,do u know which r the 2 joints that r not involved in rheumatoid arthritis? one i guess is sacroiliac joint.

(2)-if the person has pul embolism & in option heparin & VQ scan is given what first to do .( my ans is heparin first )

(3)contraindication for thrombolytic therapy is given best in which textbook.

I think the other one is distal interphalangeal.


About the PE case, well it al depends on the patient. if the patient is alright u go ahead and confirm the diagnosis first. if the patient is doing bad u treat empirically with heparin and then whe he is stable u do v/q scan to confirm.

I am not sure about the best book for contraindications... I am sure cecil or CMDT or harrison must have it somewhere though.
