1-Business man with History of Depression, had 2 major depressive episodes, one after the death of his son, and the second, after his company went bankrupt (2 yrs ago). He has 2 months until retirement and plans a trip to overseas. Pt feels well. A CXR shows inoperable cancer. What should the physician do?
